As an agile trading company, we track down trends in the bicycle and sports market and import the right products into the local market. We are looking for a motivated and talented person with immediate effect or by arrangement, so that we can continuously meet customer needs with the latest trends, offers and services.

Job Description:
  • Maintaining and building sustainable customer relationships
  • Administrative support for client advisors
  • Processing, coordinating and ensuring the pre-order and day-to-day business
  • Handling of the complete order and order process
  • Investigating and processing complaints
  • Attendance at training sessions and selective stand support
  • Check and open new customers, maintain customer base, assign logins
  • Keeping statistics, creating reports
  • Processing e-mail and telephone inquiries from business and private customers
  • Collaboration on projects, ensuring & further development of processes
Our Requirements:
  • Passion and enthusiasm for bikes and sport
  • Completed basic commercial or technical training or comparable further training
  • Independent, reliable and structured way of working, strong communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented and quality-conscious approach
  • High willingness to perform, distinct ability to work in a team and good manners
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and French
  • Very good ICT user knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics AX, MS Office)
