Job Description:
  • Brand management of the assigned brands such as FIZIK or Crankbrothers, as well as coordination of all stakeholders of the ecosystems
  • Implementation and derivation of international strategies in the national market with regard to marketing and sales
  • Creation and implementation of sustainable annual planning and monitoring of target achievement
  • Ensuring compliance with quantitative and qualitative targets as well as purchasing and sales budgets
  • Designing the product range specifically for the Swiss market
  • Calculation and creation of sales concepts as well as responsibility for document maintenance and the web store
  • Procurement, quantity structures, forecasts and planning information as well as ensuring availability and the supply chain
  • Responsibility for supplier accounting (advance payments, account reconciliation, credit notes, kick-backs)
  • Analyzing and monitoring the market and competitor products and offerings
  • Preparation of reports on competition and success analyses as well as supplier reports
  • Responsibility for the web shop presence and the definition of parameters and attributes
  • Creation of training documents and organization and implementation of training courses for internal stakeholder groups
Our Requirements:
  • Completed basic commercial or technical training and, advantageously, further training in product management or marketing
  • Professional experience in a comparable function
  • Experience as well as high affinity to the bicycle and sports industry
  • Entrepreneurial mindset as well as responsible work
  • Stylish German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Independent, reliable and structured way of working
  • High willingness to perform, distinct ability to work in a team and good manners
